Payment
I prefer to receive payment by Paypal please. Once you have checked out an item I expect to receive payment within 3 working days. If for whatever reason your payment is going to be delayed, please convo me so we can come to some mutual arrangement.
Shipping
I ship already completed items within 2 working days (once payment is cleared).
Custom items take approximately 2-3 days to complete and ship.
I always obtain proof of postage.
Items sent out of the UK take approx 7 to 10 days usually, but sometimes longer.
Buyers are responsible for any customs incurred, this hasn't before been a problem for any of my customers so far, as thresholds outside of the UK far exceed the UK permitted amounts.
